  1. I just saw the first video and I am very impressed. It gives us a very different point of view of what we are used to. We are used to traditional way of teaching but this video shows us that Kagan’s structure is much more effective. This structure is created by Dr. Spencer Kagan and Laurie Kagan. They are the authors of many different books, such as: Cooperative Learning, Multiple Intelligences, Sports and Goofy games, Team Building, Class Building, etc. They also train different teachers, how to transform education. After many years of research they came up with this brilliant idea of changing the traditional way of teaching. It works for students and for teachers:

    Students:
Don’t sit on the chairs but they are allowed to stand up and work with their classmates.
    They interact with each other.
They are happy when their friends success.
They participate more in the class and they learn more.
The students get to know each other’s points of view.

    Teachers:
Teachers are happy too, because they see the impact that Kargan structure has on their students.
They also like their classes because they are fun.
Teachers are happy because they keep ALL their students busy.

I hope this method will be used in Albania too (in public schools)

  3. It is very interesting , about the new method of teaching through cooperation between children, and without asking them to be quiet , which actually happens rarely in Albania. I am very impressed about the way it was developed in this video.

  4. The Kagan structure is very helpful for both students and teachers. When students work together it is more active and enjoyable for them . They work together as a team without seeing each other as a rival. Groups are formed with children from different countries , and cultures .

  5. Hello everybody! I find the Kagan cooperative learning very helpful especially to the students because it gives them space to do things freely so that they can achieve the objectives and goals.
